This romantic riff on the classic Ramos Gin Fizz combines Campari and Raspberry syrup for a great flavor and color combination. Orange blossom water is replaced with rose water and the glass is rimmed with sugar and rose petals.

Method...

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin except for the soda. Add one ice cube and shake until your arm falls off! Open shaker, fill with ice, shake 30 more seconds (if you can), and fine strain over ice into a tall chilled glass. Add soda, and garnish with edible rose petals.

A Scotty G Signature Cocktail

For my Roseberry Gin Fizz, I rim the glass with sugar and crushed rose petals. Feel free to skip this step, but do not forget the straw! And no plastic!

Hi, I'm Scott Gardner, your mindful mixologist. While I am not a professional bartender, I have made well over two hundred different and unique cocktails, and invented over fifteen original drinks, including my famous European Vacation, Muzetta's Waltz, and The Cherry Bella, all of which can be found in my book, Lock it, Flip it, Kick it & Shake!

Besides shaking, stirring, and sipping, I also enjoy golfing, reading, and writing. My wife and I both love animals and we have recently gotten into birding, which is a fun and rewarding hobby. And our favorite birds... The Philadelphia Eagles, of course! Go Birds!
