In my opinion, this Mistletoe Mimosa cocktail should be the official drink of Christmas, or the entire holiday season! It is festive, colorful, fragrant, refreshing, light, bubbly, and above else, it is absolutely delicious! It is like a Festivus for the rest of us!

Method...

Rim a tall glass or champagne flute with lime and sugar, then fill with ice. Shake all ingredients (except for the cranberries) over ice and pour into the prepared glass. Garnish with cranberries, a lime wheel, and a sprig of rosemary or mint! (I ran out of both rosemary and mint for this pic)

For a more festive look, mix a few cranberries around the ice cubes before pouring!

Hi, I'm Scott Gardner, your mindful mixologist. While I am not a professional bartender, I have made well over two hundred different and unique cocktails, and invented over fifteen original drinks, including my famous European Vacation, Muzetta's Waltz, and The Cherry Bella, all of which can be found in my book, Lock it, Flip it, Kick it & Shake!

Besides shaking, stirring, and sipping, I also enjoy golfing, reading, and writing. My wife and I both love animals and we have recently gotten into birding, which is a fun and rewarding hobby. And our favorite birds... The Philadelphia Eagles, of course! Go Birds!
