The addition of smooth elderflower liqueur to a gin gimlet gives this slightly sweet, yet slightly tart cocktail just a little something extra to kick things up a notch. And the color from the Empress 1908 gin is stunning!

A French Gimlet Cocktail
You know, I have not tried it yet, but I am willing to bet that if you added an egg white to this recipe, it would make a wonderful, silky sour! If anyone tries it, let me know how it turned out!
Update: I just tried it and as I suspected, it was delicious and looked amazing!
